The first step is to get in touch via my contact form and I’ll follow up so we can chat about your project. Once we’ve agreed on the details a deposit secures your start date. My diary is usually booked weeks to months in advance so it’s best to plan ahead, especially since there’s some prep involved before we begin.
For website projects I’ll need your content and imagery ready before your start date so be sure to factor that into your timeline. If you're working with a copywriter, SEO specialist or photographer this is even more important. If you choose to work with our in-house team for photography and copywriting, we’ll schedule everything seamlessly to keep things stress-free.
Yes, the booking fee is non-refundable. When you secure your spot I block out time in my schedule specifically for your project, often turning away other clients. If you cancel, that time is lost. The deposit ensures your commitment to the project and allows me to plan my workload accordingly.
